Service Description
All clients are required to book an initial evaluation before treatment begins. This is so I can gain a thorough understanding about your impairments and goals and have time to collaboratively make a treatment plan. After this initial session, I will send a plan of care to your physician. Then, we can begin with treatment sessions.
