Packages are a little different with Better Build. Instead of selling you on a number of sessions, I want to work with you towards specific goals that are clear stepping stones to get you back to where you want to be.

Goals-based  packages are designed to ensure high quality care throughout your entire rehabilitation. This system offers complete financial transparency from the beginning of your care and allows you to know exactly how your are spending your time and money. 

Goal-Based Packages

Immediate Post-op to running

Package Focus: 

  • Initially, achieving full pain-free function back with activities of daily living, such as walking and stairs

  • Re-establishing gym program and high quality movement mechanics 

  • Preparing the knee and body for jogging and, ultimately, integrating jogging progression

​Details:

  • Average of 2 in-person sessions per week (1-3 sessions depending on current needs)

  • Expires 6 months after start date

End Goals: 

Gain full range of motion, maximize quadriceps function, and introduce pain-free jogging progression

​

Package Price: $3,000

Mid stage: strength and athletic development

Entry Requirements: 

  • 70% Quadriceps LSI & 1.8 Nm/kg Quad torque to bodyweight ratio 

  • Initiated jogging progression

  • Full extension range of motion and 90% flexion range of motion 

Typical timeline (variable per patient needs): ~16 weeks post -op to ~24 weeks post op

Package Focus: 

  • High focus and intensity gym strengthening to increase quadriceps strength and prepare body for return to court and field 

  • Progression of jogging to sprinting, increasing intensity of plyometrics, introduction of deceleration and change of direction into agility 

​

Details: 

  • Average of 2 in person sessions per week (1-3 depending on current needs)

  • Independent gym program

  • Expires 6 months after start date

​

End Goals: 

85% quadriceps LSI and 2.5 Nm/kg quadriceps torque to BW ratio, excellent body mechanics with high intensity jumps, landings, decelerations, full speed sprinting, and medium-intensity cutting 

​

Price: $2,000​

Late stage: strength, Agility, And return to sports

Entry Requirements: 

  • 85% Quadriceps LSI & 2.5 Nm/kg Quad torque to bodyweight ratio 

  • Sprinting and jumping with no pain/increase in swelling 

Typical timeline (variable per patient needs): at least 24 weeks post -op 

​

Package Focus: 

  • High focus and intensity gym strengthening to increase quadriceps strength, power, and athleticism to make you a better athlete then you were before

  • On-field or on-court sessions that include cutting mechanics and speed work, reaction drills, live one on one play with controlled contact, and specific sports skills 

  • Detailed plan to get you back to sports participation and competition

Details: 

  • Average of 2 in person sessions per week (1-3 depending on current needs)

  • Independent gym program, integration into team practices

  • Expires 6 months after start date

​

End Goals: 

95% quadriceps LSI and 3.0 Nm/kg quadriceps torque to BW ratio; excellent body mechanics with high intensity jumps, landings, decelerations, full speed sprinting and reactive change of directions; confidence with returning to sport; pass a comprehensive return to sport testing battery

Price: $3,000​

Not everyone fits perfectly into one of the above categories. Thats ok.
